The Salvation Army New York Staff Band is proud to host The Cory Band – 2026 Canada & USA Tour. Join us for an extraordinary evening of brass band music as one of the world’s most celebrated brass bands makes its return to the United States.
From Wales, Cory Band has been at the forefront of brass band music for more than 140 years. Founded in 1884, the band has built an international reputation through its exceptional musicianship, innovative programming, and remarkable success on the competition stage. In 2016, Cory made brass band history by becoming the first band to simultaneously hold the National, British Open, European, and Brass in Concert titles.
This special North American tour celebrates the 250th anniversary of the United States and marks Cory Band’s return nearly 50 years after its historic 1976 Bicentennial visit. Audiences can expect an exciting and varied program showcasing the power, precision, and artistry that have made Cory Band a favorite on concert stages around the world. The evening will also feature the Salvation Army New York Staff Band performing alongside Cory Band for this special night of music.
